Low back pain and exercise
Low back pain is common and varies in severity and types. Good treatment resides in the correct diagnosis and the proper strategy of treatment. It is very common that some patients have low back pain for decades and went through very different treatments, including anti-inflammatory medicines physio, chiro, massage and acupunctures etc., but found the low back pain only can be managed temporarily. The proper strategy of treatment to solve these problems is: treatment for a few times plus daily individualized exercise program. However, most therapists only focus on treatment and forget or not sure which exercise program to give. I will present a few exercise program for different types of low back pain in following blogs. All these programs have been tested and the effects are repeated in my patients.
